According to the report of the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food, in total, more than 23 thousand tons of various types of MEAT products were purchased in March. Of this volume, more than 17.1 thousand tons were poultry meat , over 5 thousand tons were pork, 945.4 tons were beef , and 135.7 tons were lamb. On average, 751 tons of meat products were sold in the region every day.
it is also noted that this year more than 20 thousand studies on meat quality were conducted, according to the results of which 500 grams of pork with signs of infection were identified. The remaining sections of the product met the requirements and were allowed for sale.
