Belarusian food exports increased by 13% in the first half of the year

12 September, MINSK . Exports of Belarusian food products and agricultural raw materials increased by 13% in the first half of this year, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food told BelTA.

"Our main EXPORT items are MEAT and dairy products , crop products. Steady growth is achieved, among other things, by monitoring prices for certain types of food products when they are sold for export , conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food . Monitoring the situation on the markets and changes in exchange quotations are part of the daily work on regulating foreign economic activity," the press service said. The dynamics of exchange indicators for some dairy products since the end of August this year have shown a downward trend. As part of its work to monitor the situation on the markets of countries of interest, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food adjusted export prices for whole MILK powder and butter

by Resolution No. 71 "On Establishing Maximum Minimum Prices" of 22 August 2025 . At the same time, following the trend of rising meat prices , a similar resolution of September 2, 2025, No. 77, increased export prices for beef when sold to individual sales markets. "These measures allow us to quickly respond to changes in market conditions and increase the volume of export deliveries," the press service noted.
