Иммунитет

Immunity is the body's complex system of defense against infection, disease, and other external influences. It consists of various cells, tissues, and organs that work together to provide defense for the body. Immunity can be innate (natural) and adaptive (acquired). Innate immunity is the body's primary defense, responding to threats without prior experience. Adaptive immunity develops in response to specific pathogens and provides a more specific and long-lasting defense. Maintaining a healthy immune system includes proper nutrition, physical activity, adequate rest, immunizations, and other measures to keep the body in balance.
