Photo from the Prosecutor General's Office, September 16, Mogilev. The Mogilev District Prosecutor's Office uncovered labor rights violations among workers at several agricultural enterprises. Following the inspection, four protests were filed with managers, and the money was returned in full, the Mogilev Region Prosecutor's Office information service told BELTA.

During oversight activities at agricultural organizations, serious violations of labor laws were uncovered. At one enterprise, the manager ordered workers to pay the cost of milk returned due to non-compliance with standards. However, the prosecutor's office investigation found that the milk was not disposed of; it was boiled and used to feed calves, eliminating grounds for recovering damages from the staff. In another case, the employer illegally collected value-added tax

from workers three times when compensating for damages caused by the death of cattle , which directly violates labor laws.  The Mogilev District Prosecutor filed four protests with the heads of agricultural organizations, demanding the repeal of illegal orders and the return of illegally withheld amounts of over Br5,000 to workers. The prosecutor's demands were fully satisfied: the workers' money was returned, and their violated labor rights were restored.
