September 11, MINSK . Belarus has adjusted production quotas for alcoholic and other alcohol-containing products in 2025. The corresponding Council of Ministers Resolution No. 490 of September 10 was published on [the
website], BELTA reports. The document amends the appendix to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 910 of December 5 , 2024 , "On Establishing Quotas for the Production of Alcoholic and Other Alcohol-Containing Products in 2025."
The resolution sets quotas for the production of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl ALCOHOL, disinfectants, antiseptic medicinal products, and veterinary products classified as non-food alcohol-containing products intended for sale in Belarus in 2025. 
Thus, according to the amendments, the production of vodka and liqueurs is set at 10.255 million decaliters, natural fruit and berry wines at 4.4017 million decaliters, and fortified vintage fruit wines of improved quality and special technology at 2.1293 million decaliters.
Quotas for Soviet champagne and other sparkling wines are set at 2.244 million decaliters, for grape wines at 3.840 million decaliters, for cognac at 1.073 million decaliters, for brandy at 236,000 decaliters, for whiskey at 423,500 decaliters, and for rum at 34,500 decaliters.
The resolution comes into force upon its official publication.
