Approximately 400 million rubles will be invested in the project. Currently, the 5,000 m² facility is 65% complete. Contractors are installing the internal engineering systems, finishing, and landscaping the grounds. The factory is planned to produce 24,000 tons of feed annually, with production scheduled to begin in the summer of 2026. This project aims to support import substitution and create new jobs, and is also supported by Russia's first project office, the Construction Assistance Center. The Ruscon plant, founded in January 2015, specializes in the production of shelf-stable ready-to-eat meals using natural ingredients.
