In Krasnoyarsk Krai, Rosselkhoznadzor specialists used artificial intelligence to identify more than 1,300 violations in veterinary certification of products

The main violations include: lack of information about raw materials during production, changes in expiration dates, and discrepancies in the volume of raw materials upon receipt of finished products.

Violations were committed by 576 authorized persons of organizations, 135 veterinary specialists of regional veterinary institutions and 3 certified specialists.

Facts have been established about the supply of animal products with signs of counterfeiting to the territory of the region, including to social institutions, from 11 phantom manufacturing enterprises.

For example, in August, the business entities AMIKAN LLC and Sibirskoye Snabzhenie LLC delivered 37 kg of dairy products (semi-hard Rossiysky cheese) to healthcare institutions and educational institutions in the Evenki and Ilansky districts. The manufacturer of the products, Green Cheese Plus LLC (Altai Krai), turned out to be a virtually non-existent enterprise (recognized as a phantom).

The authorized person of the individual entrepreneur E.A. Krupanova, using the production/processing transaction, extended the shelf life of fish products by 20 days, namely, from 100 kg of raw material “lightly salted herring fillet” (production date April 25, 2023, expiration date until July 25, 2023), 100 kg of “lightly salted herring fillet” were produced with a production date of May 15, 2023 and an expiration date of August 14, 2023.

At the enterprise OOO AGINSKOE MOLOKO, an authorized person issued a production VSD for 4361.775 kg of “sweet cream butter 82.5%”, which does not contain information about the raw materials used to make the butter .

Registration of authorized persons of the specified organizations of the FGIS "Vetis.Passport" is temporarily suspended, warnings have been sent to business entities about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. Information on the identification of products with signs of counterfeiting is sent to healthcare and educational institutions to take measures to withdraw them from circulation.

For violation of the procedure for veterinary certification of controlled goods, 658 warnings were sent to authorized persons in the FGIS "Vetis.Passport", the registration of 356 authorized persons in the FGIS "Mercury" was temporarily suspended, and 292 warnings were issued to business entities regarding the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
