Nova Safety centrifuge is a reliable benchtop milk centrifuge with angle rotor and heating to determine fat content in milk according to Gerber GOST R ISO 2446-2011 "Milk. Method for determination of fat content". Centrifuge Nova Safety is also used for determination of fat mass fraction in milk and milk products according to GOST 5867 and protein mass fraction in milk according to GOST 25179 and for solubility of dry milk products according to GOST 8764.

Centrifuge is operated by means of a panel with a display showing centrifugation time in minutes and buttons for starting, stopping, activation of heating and setting centrifugation time.

Features of the Nova Safety milk centrifuge

The centrifuge lid locks automatically on start-up and can only be opened when the rotor has come to a complete stop.
At full load, the centrifuge needs about 10-15 seconds to reach nominal rotor speed. The Nova Safety centrifuge is designed so that the rotor speed cannot be exceeded during the start-up and centrifugation phase.
The rotor braking system is smooth, electric. Braking time is not more than 8 seconds.
Body and internal surface of centrifuge are covered with acid-proof enamel for easy cleaning.
Temperature range from + 30ºС to + 65ºС in 5ºС increments (default value + 55ºС) or operation at room temperature with heating switched off.
Temperature accuracy of ± 2ºC (when heating is on)
Centrifugation time setting from 0.5 to 99.5 minutes in 30 second increments.
