According to the regional Federal Bailiff Service press service, coercive measures were taken against the farmer, including restrictions on travel abroad and the seizure of his household property for failure to pay the enforcement fee.

The debtor offered the victim an alternative method of repaying the damages—products of his own production. After the party damaged in the accident agreed and received the MEAT , they filed a petition with the bailiff service requesting full repayment of the debt. On this basis, the enforcement proceedings were terminated.
