This year, Stavropol shipped goods to West African countries for the first time, including chicken to Liberia and FLOUR to Benin. Doronin noted that plans include increasing EXPORT volumes, with a focus on grain crops and sunflower oil for North African countries. He added that 2025 will see active development of Russian-African trade relations, in which Stavropol, as Russia's breadbasket, plays a key role. Also in May, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov expressed interest in increasing MEAT and dairy exports to Egypt .
