The current bankruptcy trustee, Andrei Semenyakov, filed a lawsuit , citing Vershinin's inaction, which led to losses for the company. The court accepted the complaint for consideration, and third parties, including the insurance company Tit, were also brought in. Vershinin had already requested 4.1 million rubles in compensation for his time managing the factory; a decision on this case is expected in October.
