Manufacturers of equipment, elevators and fabrics. Who will become the "Industry Leader of the Republic of Belarus - 2024"

Industrial enterprises from various sectors of the economy are actively registering to participate in the Republican competition for the award for achievements in the field of development of industrial technologies and management “Industrial Leaders of the Republic of Belarus - 2024”.  

Among the competitors are machine-building and metallurgical plants, enterprises of the light and food industries, the country's fuel and energy complex and others. They presented their advanced developments in such categories as "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving product quality", "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of EXPORT activities", "Product of the Year in the category "Innovation", "Technology of the Year", "Product of the Year" in the category “Demand among consumers”, “Project of the year to launch a new production”, etc. (a complete list of 25 nominations can be found on the competition website) Traditional participants of the competition are machine-building enterprises. Winner of the Grand Prix of the First Season of the competition "Industry Leaders of the Republic of Belarus" - UPP "Niva" Romanovicha S.G. This year, the Soligorsk district intends to prove its leadership in the nomination “Product of the Year in the category “Growth of Export Deliveries”. The unique roller-cone drilling rig SBSH-250 “Buran” is designed for drilling vertical and inclined blast holes in open-pit mining and is in demand in the most important industrial sites of the Russian Federation. JSC "Head Specialized Design Bureau (GSKB) for a complex of equipment for microclimate" presents to the experts the product "Technological fluid heater PTZh-1.0" for heating various liquids in the "Product of the Year" category in the "Discovery of the Year" category. OJSC "Grodno Trade Mechanical Engineering Plant" offers for the nomination "Product of the Year in the nomination "Import Substitution" a machine for washing containers MMT-600, including plastic boxes, containers, trays, euro trays, shopping baskets and other products.
JSC "Mogilev Elevator Mechanical Engineering Plant" " presents for the nomination "Lifting Equipment of the Year" an electric passenger elevator PVR0110K1 with automatic folding cabin doors and swing doors with a load capacity of 180 kg for public buildings or structures with a lifting height of up to 45 meters. Previously, elevators of this design were not produced in the Republic of Belarus and the CIS countries, the elevator is also an import-substituting product. JSC "Gomel Casting and Normal Plant" constantly invests in increasing the flexibility of production capacity, carries out technical re-equipment and modernization of production and claims to be a leader in the industry,by applying for the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of scaling production." OJSC "Baranovichi Automotive Unit Plant", which produces a wide range of components - from shock absorbers, towbars to steering mechanisms for MAZ cars and other trucks, submitted an application for the competition in the category "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the Field of Export Activities."
Amkodor-Mozha LLC , which produces ZSK grain cleaning and drying complexes, will compete with this product for industry leadership in the “Product of the Year” category in the “Equipment of the Year” category.

A number of enterprises in the metallurgical industry and other industries have focused on nominations in which quality is the most important factor for awarding the competition. OJSC "Belarusian Metallurgical Plant - UKH "Belarusian Metallurgical Company" registered an application for the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving product quality."
JSC "Mogilev Metallurgical Plant" , the only manufacturer of rough axles for railway rolling stock in the Republic of Belarus, presents this product in the nomination "Product of the Year in the category "Growth of Quality Indicators". The entire production process of axles is automated and carried out using the latest technologies. All products pass types of necessary tests.

The use of modern technologies and quality control of manufactured products, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions - the work algorithm of MINSK Car Repair Plant OJSC has registered applications for the nominations: "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving the quality of industrial products" and. "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in Occupational Safety. UE "Svetopribor" OO "BelTIZ" entered the competition in the nomination "Product of the Year in the category "Consumer Demand" with the products "Plug connectors for household and similar purposes: sockets manufactured according to TU BY 100258222. 024-2011" with a degree of protection IP20.

The group of nominations "Product of the Year" is very popular among enterprises of the food and processing industry . JSC "Pinsk MEAT Processing Plant" will compete for leadership in the category "Demand among consumers" with the product "Boiled meat sausage "Funtik" of the highest grade for feeding preschool and school-age children. , and JSC "Babushkina Krynka" - UKH "Mogilev Dairy Company "Babushkina Krynka" in the category "Discovery of the Year", offering MILK candies "Milk Energy".

JSC "Rogoznitsa Starch Plant" claims to be a leader in the industry in the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of export activities."
  PRUE "Brestoblgaz" within the framework of the simple partnership "Zeleny Bor"presented to the experts “Coating material for growing champignons”, which is in demand today and meets the needs of all mushroom growers in the Republic of Belarus and fully compensates for the import of covering material in the country. The company is competing for competition awards in two categories - “Demand among consumers” and “Import substitution”.
Light industry enterprises are actively registering to participate in the competition. The products manufactured by the RUPTP "Orsha Flax Mill" have become a brand and calling card of Belarus. The flax mill nominates for the competition the implemented project to increase the volume of processing of short flax fiber by catonization in the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of production scaling", and in the nomination "Product of the Year in the category "Demand among consumers" - products from linen fabrics. JSC "Vitebsk" carpets" is competing for awards in the categories "Product of the Year in the category "Demand among Consumers" and "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving product quality."

Enterprises from the chemical and petrochemical industries also became participants in the competition project. OJSC "Gomel Chemical Plant" , which produces the nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium complex chlorine-free powder fertilizer "MAXIFERT", nominated it for the nomination "Product of the Year in the category "Demand among Consumers". OJSC "SvetlogorskKhimvolokno" implemented the project "Expansion of the production of polyethylene film" and competes with it in the nomination “Project of the Year for the launch of new types of products.”  JSC “KRION” submitted the project “Construction of cryogenic tanks with a total capacity of 500 m3 for the storage of liquid oxygen on the street. Serova, 8 in Minsk" in the nomination "Project of the Year for the Modernization of Production".

Enterprises from the building materials industry are also participating in the competition.  JLLC "Novopolotsk Plant of Technological Metal Structures" will compete in the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the Field of Export Activities" In total, during the operation of the enterprise, more than 54 thousand tons of metal structures and almost 6 thousand tons of gratings were manufactured and shipped.
Among the 2024 competitors are such enterprises as OJSC "Management Company of the Belkommunmash Holding", RUPP "Granit", Plant "Polimir" OJSC. Naftan", RUE "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant", OJSC "Mountain Wax Plant", OJSC "Pinsk Industrial and Trade Association "Polesie" and a number of others.   
Chairman of the expert council of the competition, HEAD of the Department of Tractors of ATF BNTU, Professor Vladimir Boykov, noted:

- This year we expect even more participants in the competition due to the fact that according to the results of last year, the contribution of industry to GDP growth has increased, export potential has increased, and the import substitution program is being implemented quite effectively.

Registration of applications from enterprises to participate in the Republican competition "Industry Leaders of the Republic of Belarus - 2024" will last until April 19, 2024.
