ROSSELKHOZNADZOR (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance) issued a report on the administrative violation, resulting in a fine for the company, and the seizure and destruction of over 1.3 tons of products. JSC Myasoprodukty challenged this decision in COURT, but the court upheld the legality of Rosselkhoznadzor's actions , noting that the storage conditions could have jeopardized the safety of the products.
