In the Khabarovsk Territory, with the help of the FGIS "Mercury", violations committed by veterinarians were revealed

So, the HEAD of the branch of the Okhotsk District Fisheries and Fishery of the KGBU “Nikolaev Districts of the Fisheries and Fisheries” Zhilina T.V. issued an eVSD for waste generated during the processing of fish by coastal fish processing enterprises, with the aim of destroying them outside the three-mile zone. The revealed fact is a violation of the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation “On Approval of Fishing Rules for the Far Eastern Fisheries Basin”, according to which the registration of eVSD for production waste generated during fish processing is allowed only for enterprises engaged in fishing in inland waters, the territorial sea and on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation.

In the Bikinsky district of the Khabarovsk Territory, the head of the anti-epizootic department of the branch "Bikinskaya raiSBBZh" of the KGBU "Khabarovsk kraiSBBZh" O. P. Garanyuk registered cattle on paper VVD, without indicating its number and date. At the same time, according to the law, registration of animals, issued on paper VVD, must be carried out by entering data on VVD into FSIS VetIS within 7 calendar days from the date of registration.

In addition, when issuing a production certificate, the leading veterinarian of the branch "Komsomolsk city SBBZh" of the KGBU "Khabarovsk Krai SBBZH" Romanianskaya A. V. changed the expiration date of sausages in the dough from June 2 to June 3, 2023. Thus, she violated the requirements of the technical regulation "On Food Safety".

A similar violation was committed by the leading veterinarian of the branch "Komsomolsk city SBBZh" of the KGBU "Khabarovsk Krai SBBZH" Lomovtseva I.E. She issued an act of non-compliance, in which she changed the storage conditions and the shelf life of the Krestyanskoye sweet cream butter. According to the documents, the oil was cooled with a shelf life of May 15, 2023. After the inventory, another entry appeared in the documents - frozen butter with a shelf life of up to August 18, 2023. Thus, the requirements of the technical regulations were violated, according to which it is necessary to comply with the storage conditions and expiration dates established by the manufacturer.

In FGKU IK-8 of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, when pigs were slaughtered, the veterinarian of the branch "Komsomolskaya GorSBBZh" of the KGBU "Khabarovsk KraiSBBZH" Galkina N. I. drew up production transactions where biological waste generated during slaughter was not indicated in the products produced. In fact, the destruction of biological waste was carried out by burning them in an oven on the territory of the colony.

Information on the listed violations was transferred to the Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory for taking measures within the framework of existing powers.
