Photo by plemzavod-ross.by, September 26, MINSK . The Ross breeding farm has created a breeding herd of over 800 cows, 550 of which produce 10,000 kg or more of MILK per year. Viktor Zamirovsky, DIRECTOR of the municipal agricultural unitary enterprise, told the magazine "Ekonomika Belarusi" (Economy of Belarus), according to BelTA.

The Ross Breeding Farm is one of the most successful and productive farms in the Volkovysk District. They produce milk and MEAT , improve the productivity of breeding cattle , and grow grain and SUGAR beets. In 2021, a Holstein cow named Amazonka from Ross won the title of best in Belarus. Her productivity over 305 days reached 12,654 kg, with a milk fat content of 4.31%.

"Animal husbandry is our company's leading industry, a source of prosperity and the key to successful development. In 2024 , it accounted for 68% of commercial output," explained Viktor Zamirovsky. "Currently, the company's farms house 7,008 HEAD of Black-and-White cattle, including 2,400 cows."

To improve breeding qualities and produce bulls with high genetic productivity potential, the company has established a breeding herd. From 2012 to 2024, 430 bulls with excellent genetic potential were delivered to specialized farms across the country.
