According to the draft budget for the next three years, funding in 2027 and 2028 will amount to 6.6 billion rubles annually. The bulk of this funding will consist of subsidies to support priority areas in small agribusiness. Specifically, 730 million rubles will be allocated for the development of rural tourism in 2026 and 630 million rubles each in the following two years. This initiative is designed to attract tourists, create new jobs, and improve infrastructure in the regions.
The project will also focus on supporting farmers and processors, which will help increase the competitiveness of small producers. Furthermore, measures are included to support individual entrepreneurs engaged in bakery production as part of a mini-bakery development program.
Starting in 2026, all state support measures will be consolidated into a single federal project to simplify access and resource allocation. This decision is expected to increase transparency and predictability for agribusiness participants. Support for small agribusinesses is intended not only to improve production indicators but also to create conditions for the sustainable development of rural areas, strengthening Russia's position in the agricultural sector.
