Open Company PioneerProduct is the official distributor of production Bioo Scientific ( USA ) in territory of Belarus and offers test-systems Max Signal ® for definition of residual quantity of tetracycline, chloramphenicol, streptomycin, penicillin, nitrofuran metabolites (AMOZ, AOZ, AHD, SEM ), aflatoxin M1 by ELISA in Milk, milk powder, Meat, honey, eggs and other products using test systems Max Signal ®, produced by Bioo Scientific (USA).

Our specialists will provide free training on work with test systems and further support (departure of highly qualified specialists), installation of MaxSignal ELISA Detection Analysis System software. , in Russian, with an intuitive interface that allows you to make logarithmic calculations, and to build the calibration dependence of the results.

We provide free of charge registered and updated in BelGIM methods with blue seals for work with test systems and for accreditation of the testing laboratory.

Test-systems Max Signal ® allow research simultaneously (in one analysis) not only raw materials (milk, meat), but also finished products (butter, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk powder, whey), which significantly reduces the total time of analysis and saves expensive reagents.

Max Signal ® test systems have higher sensitivity compared to similar systems and lower limits for the detection of residual antibiotics in the product.

Max Signal® test systems have ready-made graduation solutions in chloramphenicol, streptomycin and aflatoxin M1 residue kits.

Since tetracycline and penicillin are very unstable antibiotics, especially in the dissolved state, the tetracycline and penicillin standards are made in a dry state, and the graduation solutions are made just before the analysis, which allows to be sure that tetracycline and penicillin do not decompose in the solutions, as evidenced by the exact posture of the graduation chart and the location of control points on IT, which significantly increases the reproducibility, reliability and accuracy of the result.

Absence of false positive results and background, in comparison with systems of other manufacturers.

No need for immunoaffinity columns for meat and for Aflatoxin M1, which reduces the cost of analysis, significantly accelerates sample preparation, saves reagents, reduces the subjective error of the operator.

The presence of special buffer solutions for the complete removal of fat from aqueous sample solutions, also has an impact on the higher accuracy of the analysis.

The presence of special buffer solutions to facilitate sample preparation of cheese, butter, meat and meat products.

The longer shelf-life of Max Signal® kits (12 - 18 months) indicates a higher stability of the reagents and therefore greater confidence in the reliability of the analysis results.

No additional equipment and reagents are required.

The 96 wells in the kit allow parallel analysis of 42 samples (+ 6 standards).

For periodical intravenous laboratory control of farms for residual quantities of antibiotics it is enough to use certified and registered in BelGIM methods.  Entry of the registered methods into the field of accreditation gives an opportunity to carry out analyses and issue final protocols to third parties.

Preparation for the determination of antibiotics in milk

MaxSignal® Nitroimidazole (azomycin) (96 wells in set)
immunoassay kit (catalog number 1108-01)
Test systems for determination of residual amounts of synthetic antibiotics of nitroimidazole group (including metronidazole) in milk, meat, etc. by ELISA method

Description of set

Antibiotics of the nitroimidazole group are synthetic antibiotics active against anaerobic bacteria and parasitic infection agents. The most common representatives of the group are metronidazole and dimetridazole.

The use of antibiotics of the nitroimidazole group is prohibited in food production. The influence of nitroimidazole on the development of infertility, renal and hepatic failure has been established.

MaxSignal® Nitroimidazole detection kit by ELISA allows international and government regulatory agencies, food manufacturers and processors, as well as quality control organizations to detect nitroimidazole at 0.25 µg/kg in various samples and meet consumer concerns regarding food safety.

The unique features of this kit are:
- Efficient extraction (70-95%), fast and economical extraction methods.
- Rapid ELISA analysis (less than 1.5 hours regardless of the number of samples).
- High reproducibility of the analysis results.
The kit is manufactured according to the international standard ISO 9001:2008. ISO CI#:SARA- 2009-CA-0114-A.
