of the joint-stock company, reported in an interview with the magazine "Ekonomika Belarusi." The farm's lands stretch over 10,000 hectares, over half of which is arable land. The herd consists of nearly 7,500 HEAD of cattle , including 2,700 cows. The construction of a modern dairy complex was an important stage in the development of the agricultural enterprise. As a result, the company currently holds fourth place in MILK yield among 196 farms in the Brest Region. Milk yield per forage-fed cow for 2024 is 10,831 kg, and the milk is sold in extra and premium grades. By the end of the year, they expect a minimum yield of 11,500 kg per forage-fed cow.

"Our Holstein cows are genetically programmed for high milk yields, but only with good care," comments Vladimir Lyubushak. "We grow rapeseed, grains, corn, grass, and potatoes , and we supply the animals with our own feed. We also create conditions for all employees to be motivated by their work results.

" JSC "Svyataya Volya" has received numerous awards. The company has repeatedly won national, regional, and district competitions in grain and legume harvesting , livestock production, landscaping, and occupational safety. Vladimir Lyubushak, the farm's longtime director, has been awarded the medal "For Labor Merit," the title of "Honorary Citizen of the Ivatsevichy District," and the Order of Honor.
