Reorganization of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH", the Federal State Budgetary Institution "CNMVL" and the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Belgorod Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" subordinated to Rosselkhoznadzor

On the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated April 20, 2022 No. 229 “On the reorganization of the federal state budgetary institution “Federal Center for Animal Health” in the form of joining the federal state budgetary institution “Central Scientific and Methodological Veterinary Laboratory” and the federal state budgetary Institution "Belgorod Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" the process of reorganization of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH" subordinate to the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR is carried out by joining the Federal State Budgetary Institution "CNMVL" and the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Belgorod Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" with the formation on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Belgorod Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" a separate structural unit - a branch.

After the completion of the reorganization measures, the name of the institution will be established - the federal state budgetary institution "Federal Center for Animal Health".

The main goals of the reorganized FGBI "ARRIAH" will be preserved.

The functions and powers of the founder of the FGBI “ARRIAH” remain assigned to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.

Completion of measures for the reorganization of the FGBI "ARRIAH" in the form of joining the FGBI "CNMVL" and the FGBI "Belgorod Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" is scheduled for November 30, 2022.
