Piston oil sampler (d=20 mm, h cylinder=25 mm)

The butter sampler is designed for sampling butter for further microbiological, chemical, physical and organoleptic analysis of the sample as well as the butter dipstick.

 

The oil sampler is made of food-grade stainless steel and provides a sample of the same size. The instrument must be sterilized before use.

 

The sampler is designed with a cylinder into which the sample will be taken and a handle with a spring-loaded ejector on which the cylinder is attached. To take a sample, immerse the sampler in oil, fill the inner volume of the cylinder, and then gently pull the sample out with the ejector handle. The unit is easily disassembled for further processing.

 

The oil sampler is used in the dairy industry to assess the quality of the product.
