MB90/MB120 moisture analyzer (Ohaus)

The MB 90 moisture analyzer is designed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of your laboratory processes. it is equipped with a halogen heating system that guarantees fast operation and repeatable results with a resolution of up to 0.01%. The robust housing and die-cast construction ensure that the instrument is durable and can be cleaned without tools. A pictogram-based, intuitive touch screen menu guides the operator through all phases of the workflow.  

 

This touch-screen model, with English-language software, has a built-in Temperature Guide for selecting the optimal temperature for drying your sample. The dryer software allows you to save up to 100 programs and the results for later analysis of the experiment. When the moisture analyzer performs any program, it displays an online graph on the screen indicating the change in mass of the test sample over time at a given temperature. In contrast to previous models the MB90 has a broader temperature range of 40 to 200 °C with temperature increments of 1 degree. When analyzing the moisture content of your samples, you should use the special absorbent fiberglass discs to ensure accurate results and prevent coking of the sample.
