The analyzer performance can be doubled by ordering a faster version - 28 to 30 seconds per measurement, moreover, robotic sample preparation and feeding can be ordered as an option.
In this version the analyzer will be equipped with an additional pump and will automatically perform the following steps:
heat 60 samples at a time
Stir each sample prior to measurement
Empty the
MILK sample after measurement
pump in detergent from a separate container
pump out the cleaning solutions after rinsing.
For this version we develop a conveyor belt for automatic heating, mixing and feeding of milk samples for analysis. The operator only has to place on the conveyor the necessary number of glasses with milk samples for analysis and then give a command to start the work. The whole process will be automated.
