During the next visit to the Bylinkino farm, we noticed a brand new, branded yellow food truck, as the farmers explained, it will be another point of sale of products in the form of fast food with a farm bias.
At the time of filming, the total number of Alpine goats was 300 heads. The farm also has its own CHEESE FACTORY with a processing capacity of up to 1000 liters of milk per day.
Bylinkino is actively developing agro-tourism, the demand for which is constantly growing. To accommodate tourists, there are comfortable houses that are designed for both single tourists and whole families or companies. Tourists are offered tours of the farm, poultry house, as well as a visit to a cheese factory with cheese tasting. Also, for tourists on the territory of the farm, a goat museum was recently opened, which is a collection of various goat figurines.
There is a milk nanny on the farm for feeding the goats, serving 8 goats at the same time. The milk nanny is fully automated and calculates the amount of milk replacer depending on the given program. And according to the statistics obtained on the farm, the youngsters who grew up on a nanny are very different from the bottlers for the better.
