Agricultural producers in the Moscow region continue to modernize their machine and tractor fleet.
“Over the past four years, agricultural enterprises near Moscow have purchased 542 tractors, 102 grain harvesters and 41 forage harvesters, as well as 2,640 units of other agricultural machinery and equipment. Farmers purchase equipment using, among other things, existing programs for updating the agricultural machinery fleet offered by Rosagroleasing. Also, the regional government compensates for at least 20% of the cost of agricultural machinery. In recent years, more than 2 billion rubles of budget funds have been allocated for these purposes. In 2023, 57 farms, including 5 peasant farms, received subsidies for the purchase of equipment. In total, 224.47 million rubles have been delivered to date,” said Vladislav Murashov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region -Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region.
Farms near Moscow, when replacing outdated technologies and reducing the total amount of equipment, as well as in the production of agricultural products, use advanced energy-saving technologies and acquire highly productive, energy-rich equipment.
it can significantly improve soil fertility, increase crop yields, labor productivity and at the same time reduce the consumption of fuel, seeds and labor resources, and, consequently, increase the economic efficiency of production.
Every year, the regional budget provides funds for the payment of subsidies to reimburse part of the agricultural producer’s costs for the purchase of machinery and equipment for the production of agricultural products and their processing.
