The record for the incidence of CORONAVIRUS in the Tyumen region has been updated over the past day. The growth was the highest for the entire time of the pandemic - since March 2020. The infection was found in 309 residents of the region. Since September 21, the number of cases has grown every day, from 220 cases to 309 in four weeks, according to the operational headquarters of the Tyumen region for combating covid-19 .
“Over the past day, 309 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been detected in the Tyumen region. According to this indicator, the region ranks 32nd among 85 constituent entities of the country,” the operational headquarters reported.
Previously, the maximum number of infected per day was 286 people. At the same time, over the past day, 22 deaths have been registered, the cause of which was the coronavirus.
According to the Department of Rospotrebnadzor of the Tyumen region, the region remains at a high risk of the spread of a new coronavirus infection. In recent weeks, an increase in the incidence has been recorded, only last week the figure is 10% higher than the previous one. Since October 18, 2021, mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 has been introduced in the region for people working in the field of education, healthcare, physical culture and sports, social services, catering facilities, public transport, as well as for citizens providing personal services. it has become mandatory to have a vaccination certificate for employees of the MFC, shift workers, conscripts, state and municipal employees.
