The company was found to have failed to comply with cleanliness requirements for its premises and equipment, and to have failed to monitor the quality of food raw materials and product storage conditions. Furthermore, employees failed to maintain personal hygiene, did not have clean sanitary clothing, and failed to undergo required medical examinations. Regular cleaning and disinfection of production facilities was not carried out, which contributed to the infestation of flies. Due to these violations, the company's operations were suspended for 90 days.
