The Novgorod District COURT arrested former municipal deputy Yulia Galyamina for seven days for disobeying a police officer during the dispersal of the all-Russian forum of municipal deputies "Zemsky Congress" in Veliky Novgorod. This was reported to RBC by lawyer Mikhail Biryukov. This information was confirmed to Interfax in court.
“The court found her guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, appointed seven days of administrative arrest. Naturally, we will appeal,” the lawyer said.
