FLOUR Mill No. 1, LLC, supplies approximately 60-70% of the Samara Region's flour and bakery needs. This full-cycle enterprise processes approximately 250-300 tons of grain daily, grown in the fields of the Samara, Orenburg, and Ulyanovsk Regions.
The facility consists of two flour mills and a bakery. The first was built in 2001, and ten years ago, a new facility, financed by a loan, was built on a site in Samara's Kuibyshevsky District. The investment amounted to approximately 100 million rubles and was fully recouped within five years.
Today, the enterprise supplies flour to large bakeries in the Samara Region and ships its products to other regions of RUSSIA. Its customers include Moscow , St. Petersburg , the Ulyanovsk, Saratov, Orenburg, and Penza Regions, the Udmurt Republic, and Primorsky Krai. Exports to friendly neighboring countries such as Kazakhstan , Uzbekistan , and Tajikistan have been established, and negotiations are underway with Belarus regarding supplies to that republic, expanding our reach.
The plant produces premium, first-grade, and second-grade bakery flour, as well as bran. Strict quality control is in place at both the input and output stages, and a modern laboratory is in operation. A milling batch of grain arrives in the workshop every morning, is pre-washed under pressurized water to remove debris and impurities, and soaked for about a day, which ensures the purity, whiteness, and high quality of the product.
"The grain is delivered, and the laboratory analyzes all the samples, assessing the grain quality. If everything is good, a truck comes out, unloads it, distributes it among silos, then a milling batch is formed, and everything is sent to the storage bin. From there, we take it to the mill and run it through a washing machine," said Mikhail Petryakov, senior technologist and production manager at the flour mill.
The bakery produces a wide range of breads and bakery products (over 60 varieties) daily, including "Pshenichny" (Wheat) bread made from premium flour, "Ramensky," "Borodinsky," "Khmelevoy," "Khmelevoy" (Khmelevoy) with bran, "Rus" (Rus') with bran, "Ukrainsky," "Kryazhsky," "Mramorny," rye-wheat "Zhito" bread, various types of buns, loaves, puff pastries, pies, cheesecakes, lavash, and many other products.
"We actively utilize government support, including direct loan subsidies . Today, government support comes in the form of preferential loans for the implementation of new technologies. To maintain high product quality, we are constantly modernizing our production facilities, purchasing new, modern equipment annually," explained Ramil Ayupov, founder and DIRECTOR of Soyuz-AGRO LLC.
The team is passionate about charity. Since the beginning of the special military operation, the plant's employees have supported the fighting forces. They regularly send convoys of humanitarian aid—bread, flour , equipment, and even vehicles—for the "ribbon. "
The company makes a significant contribution to the development of the Samara Region's EXPORT potential, implementing the objectives of the federal project "Export of Agricultural Products" within the national project "International Cooperation and Export," initiated by President Vladimir Putin. It is worth noting that, by the end of 2024 , the region ranked first in the Volga Federal District for agricultural exports.
Export development is a key area of development for the Samara Region in the coming years. Regional Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev has set the goal of creating an effective and comprehensive system of state incentives for foreign economic activity and support for export-oriented enterprises.
