Rosselkhoznadzor in Karelia has stopped the release of products accompanied by falsified declarations of conformity

Thus, during the control (supervisory) activity it was established that the enterprise OOO Myasnoy Dom Karelia produced MEAT products accompanied by declarations of conformity with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union. When analyzing the documents posted on the Rosaccreditation website, it was established that the conformity of the products with the requirements of the technical regulations was confirmed by test reports issued by the testing center in the Moscow region. However, according to the center, these test reports for the products were not issued and are falsified.

As a result of the event, 8 declarations of conformity were revoked. Thus, the entry into circulation of potentially unsafe products was stopped. Information on this fact was sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The manufacturer of the product was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.

In total, from January to April 23, 2024, 63 declarations of conformity for livestock products were declared invalid in the Republic of Karelia.
