Tips for combating dangerous animal diseases: CIS countries take joint measures

The signed documents establish three key areas of joint action:
- Prevention and control of rabies.
- Prevention and control of foot-and-mouth disease.
- Prevention and control of bird flu and Newcastle disease.
The goals of these initiatives include preventing the spread of diseases, reducing economic losses, and protecting human HEALTH. Implementing these measures requires coordination among veterinary services of CIS countries at all levels, which will enable the effective exchange of information and experience, as well as joint research .
These coordinated actions are an important step towards ensuring veterinary well-being in the region, helping to prevent the threat of epidemics and protect the population and economic interests of the participating countries.
