At the same time, Dankvert said that no one wants to develop the EXPORT of pork processing products. “Everyone wants to cut a pig carcass in half and send it there. This (export of processed pork products) is the same as Italian or Spanish jamon or prosciutto - they earn billions on this. What about us today? Where is the Tambov ham, for example? ”Tass quoted Dankvert as saying.

In his opinion, it is necessary to ensure that highly processed products are “tailored” to the interests of the country where they are sent, or to produce such types of products that are popular all over the world. At the same time, Dankvert added that negotiations on the supply of MEAT to CHINA are ongoing at all levels. At the same time, he noted that the Chinese are more likely to buy pork from America or Europe. “We have a higher level of security today <…> American pork is sold with hormones,” he added.

At a meeting with Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Dankvert said that in 2022 RUSSIA exported 650,000 tons of meat. “We, as civilized countries, both export and import, only now we export more than we import, by 100,000 tons,” he compared.

Meanwhile, the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, announced in his TELEGRAM channel that a cluster for training specialists in the production and processing of agricultural products will be created in the region. It will be organized with the help of Agroeco Group of Companies. “70 development programs from 43 regions of Russia passed the selection for the creation of clusters this year. One of them is a cluster in the direction of "agriculture". It is being created on the basis of the Pavlovsk Technical School together with the Agroeco Group of Companies - the Center for Professional Competences in the field of production and processing of agricultural products," he wrote.

At the end of March, President Vladimir Putin, during talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in the Kremlin, noted that in 2022 our country supplied $7 billion worth of agricultural products to China, increasing exports by 41.4%. According to Putin, the relevant ministries and departments are working to ensure the quality standards of the supplied products, improve the conditions for mutual access to food. “All this makes it possible to count on further growth in Russian food exports to the capacious Chinese market, and will help increase the level of food security in both our countries,” the president said.
