According to Krasnoyarskstat, over the four months of 2022, regional enterprises increased the volume of production of certain types of food products compared to the same period last year.
In particular, the production of condensed MILK increased by 13.3%, butter - by 5.7%, cheese - by 7.5%. FLOUR output increased by 5.2%, pasta by 21.8%, and cereals by 3.4%. Beef began to produce more by 7.2%, poultry MEAT and offal - by almost 4%.
Deputy Chairman of the Krai Government - Minister of Agriculture and Trade Leonid Shorokhov said that since March, the department has been monitoring the financial and economic condition and economic activities of agricultural organizations, as well as food and processing enterprises in the region, on a weekly basis. “This allows us to quickly respond to extraordinary circumstances and take timely measures,” the minister said. - The situation in the agro-industrial complex of the region is stable. Unfavorable factors - interruptions in logistics, reconfiguring supply chains, rising prices for raw materials, which were especially relevant in February-March, leveled off.
Last year, Yenisei LLC in the Novoselovsky district commissioned facilities for slaughtering farm animals and processing meat, JSC Iskra in the Uzhursky district - a bakery with a confectionery shop. Sayanmoloko LLC launched oat and wheat processing lines in the Kuraginsky district, as well as the production of cereals, Melnik LLC in the Minusinsk district launched a mill for the production of wheat flour.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Territory continues to monitor stocks in trade organizations of the region for 26 food and 10 non-food items of prime necessity. On average, the food supply in the region is significant and amounts to 26 days, non-food products - 63 days. Deliveries are regular, the range is constantly updated.
Demand for all types of goods of food and non-food groups is stable.
