Seven districts of the Tomsk region have started spring field work

The Department for Socio-Economic Development of the Village of the Tomsk Region conducts operational monitoring of the spring field campaign. To date, seven Tomsk municipalities have already joined the field work.
Fertilizing winter crops and perennial grasses, nailing moisture and harrowing are carried out by Kozhevnikovsky, Shegarsky, Asinovsky, Krivosheinsky and Tomsky districts.
Two more districts have also joined the work. The nailing of moisture began in the Zyryansky district, where 440 hectares have already been processed, and Molchanovsky - 54 hectares.
Kozhevnikovsky district remains the leader, which traditionally entered the fields first. Kozhevnikovsky farmers applied mineral fertilizers to 4.4 thousand hectares of fields sown with winter crops and 2.8 thousand hectares of land with perennial fodder grasses. The nailing of moisture was carried out on 25.8 thousand hectares of arable land, the harrowing of perennial grasses and winter crops was carried out on 6 thousand hectares.
