Italy announces the arrest of the world's largest yacht

The Italian Financial Guard seized the yacht of Russian entrepreneur Andrey Melnichenko as part of EU sanctions, La Repubblica and Corriere della Sera report.

The length of Sailing Yacht A is 142 m, the displacement is about 13 thousand tons. The vessel was built according to the project of the French designer Philippe Starck, it was launched in 2015 in Kiel, Germany.
