Irkutsk MVL in the I quarter in food products revealed 60 positive results for microbiological indicators

As a result of examinations, cases of non-compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and technical specifications for products were revealed: MEAT and meat products, MILK and dairy products, public catering products in 29 cases (KMAFAnM) and 12 (BGKP); excess of the presence of somatic cells in raw milk - (8); sulfite-reducing clostridia in soy FLOUR (1); mold in confectionery (4); yeast in fish preserves and soy flour(2); yeasts and molds (total) in dairy products (1); salmonella in poultry products (1); listeria in semi-finished products from meat and meat products (2).

Information about all positive test results obtained is entered into the automated system (AS) in the field of veterinary medicine "Vesta". Further, information on safety indicators was sent by urgent reports to the Central Office and the Territorial Administration of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR .
