1.5 tons of unsafe products were found in Svetofor chain stores in Lipetsk.

During the inspections, 17 samples of MEAT and dairy products were collected. The analysis revealed non-compliance with technical regulations in five of the ten meat samples and in all seven dairy samples. Specifically, two samples of cooked "Doctor's" sausage were found to contain fragments of skin and other undesirable additives, while soy protein and microbial transglutaminase were found in the "Prazdnichnaya" dry-cured sausage.

Violations were also found in dairy products: cottage cheese made from skim MILK and vegetable oils contained microbial transglutaminase, while sour cream and cottage cheese samples were found to contain vegetable oils and did not meet fatty acid content requirements.

Over 1,000 kg of unsafe products were returned to suppliers, and 578 kg were disposed of. As a result, 11 company officials were held administratively liable. Information about the violations has been forwarded to Rospotrebnadzor for further action.
