During the veterinary inspection, it was established that all three vehicles were transporting finished meat and dairy products, weighing approximately 3 tons in total, without the necessary veterinary documentation confirming their quality and safety. Furthermore, the cargo was transported in gross violation of sanitary regulations: it was stored in bulk in trunks and cargo compartments unsuitable for food products, and without proper temperature control.

Due to identified violations of veterinary legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Russian Federation, the import of these products has been prohibited. Vehicle traffic has been suspended, and an official investigation is underway to establish all the circumstances of the violation. Administrative violation reports will be filed against the carriers.

Year-end results:
Since the beginning of 2025, thanks to the efforts of Rosselkhoznadzor and border authorities, over 28 tons of livestock products transported without veterinary documentation, including bypassing established checkpoints, have been returned to the Republic of Belarus at the Bryansk Region border . These measures are aimed at ensuring food and veterinary-sanitary security in the country.
