Eight AGROECO executives were included in the prestigious "Salt of the Earth" rating.

Candidates are evaluated using the unique methodology of the "TOP 1000 Russian Managers" project, which takes into account their significant business results, personal achievements, and contribution to industry development. This year, more than 600 highly qualified managers in the agricultural industry participated in the competition. The leaders in their categories were: Elena Shatskikh (Planning, Economics, and Control), Ruslan Sharko (Crop Production), and Ekaterina Kirilina (HR and Organizational Effectiveness). Also included in the ranking were Dmitry Alekseev (Commercial Director ), Ekaterina Karmishina (Logistics), Alexey Novinkin (Communications), and Evgeny Kiyatkin (Meat Processing). Svetlana Filimonova (Recruitment and Onboarding) was recognized in the special category "Leaders in Agricultural Education."
