According to government statistics, the average beef price has risen steadily for eight months. In April 2021, it increased to 375.84 rubles per kilogram.
In March-April, a kilogram of beef on the Russian consumer market rose by an average of 0.9% (3.1 rubles), since the beginning of the year - by 3.8% (13.62 rubles), and year-on-year - by 6.4 % (22.62 rubles).
The average price of beef in the consumer market of RUSSIA in April 2021 once again reached its peak. The gap with the same indicator for January 2019, when the minimum beef price was recorded in EMISS, is 46.66 rubles.
In April 2021, the highest prices were recorded in Central Russia: 415.1 rubles per kilogram. At the same time, in the North Caucasus Federal District, the end consumer paid an average of 354.75 rubles per kilogram of cattle MEAT.
