The stimulating factor for increasing exports is the provision of preferential loans to exporting companies and the implementation of large investment projects within the framework of the national project.

Konstantin Rachalovsky reported that the regional project "Export of Agricultural Products" includes eight investment projects, five of which are aimed at the production of agricultural products.

Among them is a project to modernize a starch and syrup plant in the Millerovsky district, OOO Amilko, with the aim of increasing the volume of raw material processing to 300 tons per day.

Also in the process of implementation is an investment project for the construction of a complex for deep grain processing for the production of the aliphatic amino acid lysine, JSC DonBioTech in the city of Volgodonsk.

In addition, within the framework of the national project in the Rostov region, it is planned to implement three investment projects aimed at developing port infrastructure.

For this purpose, interaction with trade representatives and agricultural attachés is envisaged, agreements have been signed with the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Agroexport" for the development of exports, and participation in Russian and international exhibitions is planned.
