More than 100 new jobs will appear in the agro-industrial complex of the Ivanovo region

According to Denis Cherchesov, 149.1 million rubles were allocated for grant support. it gave impetus to the creation of new industries. 

One of them - a mini-workshop for the production of homemade sausages - was visited by the DIRECTOR of the regional department of agriculture during a working trip on January 30 to the Zavolzhsky district, writes the website of the government of the Ivanovo region.

The founder of the production is a local entrepreneur Natalya Bukreeva.  

She received a grant from Agrostatap in the amount of almost 2 million rubles in 2021. The money was directed to the purchase of equipment for the production, storage and packaging of MEAT products, as well as a van for transporting finished products. The entrepreneur also invested her own funds in the implementation of the project. 

“Thanks to grant support, a small home production has turned into a family mini-workshop that can process up to 500 kg of meat every week,” said Denis Cherkesov. 

According to the official website of the government of the Ivanovo region, the family workshop produces sausages and meat delicacies under the Kolbasovna brand. Products are prepared from pork, beef and poultry according to original recipes using only natural preservatives - SALT and SUGAR, and natural wood chips are used for smoking. Today, the permanent assortment of the craft workshop includes about 35 types of sausages and meat delicacies, and 88 product recipes have been worked out since the beginning of production. 

The products of the family workshop can be purchased at regional fairs of farm products, as well as on Saturdays in one of the textile shopping centers in Ivanovo. In addition, the entrepreneur delivers it on pre-orders to Zavolzhsk and Kineshma. The issue of selling products through the network of farm shops FermStore in Ivanovo is being worked out. 

As the press service of the regional government recalls, on January 17, an application campaign began in the Ivanovo region for the provision of Agrostartup grants to peasant (farmer) households. Documents for participation in the competitive selection are accepted at the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Ivanovo Region until February 21 inclusive.
