The Russian government has received the right to issue temporary permits for certain transactions, operations and actions with persons included in the Russian sanctions lists. The corresponding decree was signed by President Vladimir Putin . It is published on the portal of legal documents.

The decree came into force, it applies to legal relations that arose from May 3 this year.

On this day, May 3, the President banned transactions (including the conclusion of foreign trade contracts) with persons under sanctions). The restriction applied to federal authorities, state authorities of the regions of Russia, other government agencies, local governments, as well as individuals and organizations that are under Russian jurisdiction.

By the same decree, Putin forbade them to fulfill their obligations to sanctioned persons under completed transactions (if they were not fulfilled in full), as well as to conduct financial transactions if sanctioned persons benefit from them.
