What developments will be presented by young scientists at the exhibition "Intellectual Belarus", BelTA was told by the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Department of Agrarian Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, junior researcher at the Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine. The exhibition will present the best developments of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, including in the section "Space of Youth Initiatives". Thus, young scientists from the Institute of MEAT and Dairy Industry will present various vegetarian sausages with special compositions, as well as oat-based MILK . A project "3D-meat printing" has been prepared from this institute. Its essence is in the development of technologies for the manufacture of dry meat mixtures. Such mixtures can be filled into 3D printers and various complex-shaped products can be made, and it can also be used in the confectionery industry," Maxim Kuchvalsky emphasized.

He noted the project on ultrasonic processing of archaeological exhibits "Preservation of archaeological iron" from the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences, the work of an employee of the SPC for potato and horticulture "Microgreens: growing technology". “For this project, a technology has been developed for the optimal substrate composition for growing microgreens,” he explained. “In addition, the institute has a promising development “Use of LEDs of a certain wavelength” together with the Center for LED and Optoelectronic Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.”
The project on computer simulation of medicines deserves attention. Neural networks have been developed for it, which select medicinal compounds against CORONAVIRUS, HIV and other diseases.
"In addition, innovative filter elements for gas purification will be presented at Grodno Azot OJSC. This development was created due to the fact that in order to manufacture an automotive additive at the enterprise, it is necessary to purify carbamide from acids. This was a pilot project, and now it has already been implemented at all lines of carbamide production," summed up the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists.
