In the Chelyabinsk region, farmers produced 74.1 thousand tons of sausages in 2021; this is 2.5 thousand tons less than in 2020. Also in the region, the amount of MEAT and FLOUR produced has decreased. This follows from the data provided on April 27 by URA.RU in Chelyabinskstat.
“In 2021, Chelyabinsk producers produced for consumers 163.7 thousand tons of poultry meat and offal, 95 thousand tons of pork. The number of produced sausages amounted to 74.1 thousand tons,” the ministry said.
For comparison: in 2020, Chelyabinsk farmers produced 173.9 thousand tons of poultry meat and edible offal and 103.2 thousand tons of pork for consumers. The amount of sausage produced in the region amounted to 76.6 thousand tons.
A slight decrease in production is observed in the dairy industry - 121 thousand tons of MILK were produced in the region (in 2020, milk was produced in the amount of 122.1 thousand tons). The production of pasta and flour has significantly decreased. The region produced 270.1 thousand tons of pasta (295.6 thousand tons in 2020) and 580.7 thousand tons of flour (654.7 thousand tons) in 2021.
