The Rosselkhoznadzor Administration, thanks to the FSIS "Mercury", stopped the activity of a phantom site in the Volgograd region for the circulation of livestock products

The monitoring group of the department, according to the Mercury system, revealed that at the production site from 30 HEAD of cattle received without accompanying documents, 10 tons of frozen beef liver were received, which was subsequently sent to the address of the enterprise of the Sverdlovsk region. In addition, by combining the entries in the journal of the production site of Trade and Industrial Firm VGK LLC from 20 kg of butter produced by Molpak LLC (Tula Region) and 40 tons of butter of unknown origin, put into circulation according to a paper veterinary accompanying document, more than 40 tons of butter were sent to the enterprise of the Saratov region.

These facts indicate the legalization and release into circulation of livestock products of unknown origin and are a violation of the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA No. 589 "Veterinary rules for organizing work on the execution of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form and the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents on paper" .

Department officials initiated a visit to the registration address of the production site. it has been established that Trade and Industrial Firm VGK LLC does not carry out activities at the address indicated in the Mercury system.

To prevent the introduction of potentially unsafe controlled products into circulation, the site of Trade and Industrial Firm VGK LLC was excluded from the FSIS Mercury and was assigned the status of Phantom Site. Registration of the authorized person is suspended.

Officials of the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR sent applications to law enforcement agencies, the tax service, the prosecutor's office of the Volgograd region and the territorial Offices of Rosselkhoznadzor, in whose area of ​​responsibility the recipients of products are located, to take prompt measures within their competence.
