Producer prices in the Russian Federation for bread, flour, sugar, sunflower oil and poultry meat are at a stable level, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation said in a statement following a regular meeting of the operational headquarters at the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.

“According to the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, at present, producer prices for bread, flour products, sugar, sunflower oil and poultry meat are at a stable level. food," the statement said.

The sowing campaign in Russia is proceeding normally, and its pace corresponds to the average long-term values, the department noted. Spring sowing in the country as a whole was carried out on an area of ​​5.3 million hectares, including under grain crops - on 3.6 million hectares. 15.3 million hectares were fertilized for cereals, or 79% of the sowing area.

"Agrarians are provided with all the necessary material and technical resources. At the same time, in order to increase the gross harvest of agricultural crops, it is recommended that the regions increase the volume of mineral fertilizers and continue updating the technical fleet," the department concluded.
