Chuvash agro-cooperatives will receive at least 35 grants and 10 subsidies in 2026.

In the new year, state support for small agribusinesses will continue in the form of grants and subsidies for agricultural consumer cooperatives.
247 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes, with co-financing from the federal budget, in 2026, including 207 million rubles for grants and 40 million rubles for subsidies to cooperatives. An additional 150 million rubles will be allocated for the "Perspektiva" grant under the "regional mechanism," financed entirely from the republican budget.
It is expected that at least 35 grants and 10 subsidies will be provided to cooperatives in 2026, including 18 grants and subsidies with federal participation, and 17 regional grants.
It should be noted that due to federal changes regarding the provision of grants, this type of support is planned to be reformatted starting in 2026.
Subsidies for the "Agrostartup" and "Family Farm Development" programs will now be combined into a single grant for farm development. Similarly, grants for existing and emerging cooperatives will be combined into a single grant. Additionally, a new grant for the development of small rural bakeries will be introduced. This year, one grant of up to 5 million rubles is currently provided for the purchase of equipment, and this funding may be increased in the future, subject to interest.
This year, the Chuvash Ministry of Agriculture will also continue to support participants in the special military operation. A total of at least three "Agromotivator" grants are planned for veterans of the Second Military District to start their own businesses in the agricultural sector.
By the end of 2025 , similar state support with federal participation will total 215 million rubles (26 grants and 13 subsidies), while regional grants will total 253 million rubles (20 grants).
