At the AGRAVIA 2026 international exhibition, Konstantin Viktorov, Deputy Director of the Veterinary Department, emphasized that high-quality animal records are critical for epizootic safety. In some regions, data is insufficiently updated, complicating disease prevention and leading to the risk of their spread. The department is discussing stricter measures, including suspending vaccine deliveries in the event of significant discrepancies in statistics. Comprehensive and accurate livestock records remain essential for the healthy operation of the livestock industry.
