Instead, they will be required to notify Rosselkhoznadzor within five days of receiving confirmation of their drug's compliance with state registration requirements. Drugs produced under import substitution will also be required to submit test reports. This new procedure will avoid duplicating laboratory testing, reduce costs for manufacturers, and accelerate the market entry of new drugs, supporting the development of domestic production.
