The project entails a significant investment of over 10 billion rubles and the creation of over 480 new jobs, which will help reduce unemployment and improve the quality of life for local residents. A key part of the initiative will be the creation of social facilities, including a modern school for 150 students and a kindergarten for 50 children in Ulyanovo. Construction of a sports and fitness center and a cultural club for local residents is also planned.

Ferma SK was registered in Tver in August 2024 and specializes in dairy cattle breeding and milk production. Collaboration with the regional government opens new horizons for the development of the agricultural sector and infrastructure improvements in the Tver region.
